When we opened in 1999, my goal was to create independent fine-dining dedicated to providing ‘only the very best’ quality and service. Since then, we have been recognized in every Indianapolis Monthly “Best Restaurant” issue, earned numerous “Best of Award of Excellence” honors from Wine Spectator and “Diner’s Choice” awards from Open Table.

region, Midnight Cellars offers award

winning estate grown and reserve wines.

Founded by the Hartenberger family in the

spring of 1995, this small boutique winery

produces estate grown Chardonnay,

Merlot, Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon,

and a top Bordeaux-style blend.

Aurora Reserve White Paso Robles A white Rhone style blend

with aromas of wild flowers and stone fruits. Flavors of tropical

fruits, minerality and a hint of spice. $44/Bottle $14.50/Glass

Estate Chardonnay Paso Robles A balance of citrus fruit,

honeysuckle, nutmeg, and vanilla followed by a clean and

Cabernet Sauvignon “Nebula” Paso Robles Displays rich

aromatic notes of black cherry, raspberry, and anise. Full-bodied

Estate Merlot Willow Creek District Paso Robles Beautiful nose

of toasted sweet tobacco, blackberries, and currant. Rich and

luscious flavors of fresh blackberries and dark chocolate, and

Estate Zinfandel Willow Creek District Aromas of red raspberries

and cherries. Robust flavors of fig, black currant, and touch of

Story Point Chardonnay –Ripe green apple, pear, and

white peach with flavors of honeysuckle and tropical

melon, followed with hints of vanilla, caramel, and

Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc –Full of gooseberry and

ripe tropical fruit flavors with a clean and crisp finish.

MacMurray Pinot Noir –Beautiful flavors of dark

cherry, pomegranate and vanilla with a silky mouth

Founded in 1972, Chalk Hill is one of California’s premier wine estates. The Vineyard’s Chardonnays, Sauvignon Blancs and proprietary Estate Red, are considered benchmarks of excellence in the wine community. Committed to non-invasive sustainable farming, Chalk Hill maintains a gentle cultivation process from field to fermentation.

Cabernet Sauvignon – The varietal that says, “Napa!” Choose from a variety of Napa, Paso Robles, and Sonoma Cabs with an emphasis on great quality fruit with excellent color, palate and finish. Pairs well with Steak, Duck, Lamb Chops and Tuna. $14/glass

Merlot – Soft and elegant easy drinking.Selections from California, Washington and France. Pair with Salmon, Tuna, Lamb, Tenderloin and Steak. $14/glass

Zinfandel – Known as, “America’s grape”. Varieties range from fruity and jammy, to spicy, big and bold. Zins pair well with Beef, Burgers, Lamb and Pork. $12/glass

Chardonnay – Synonymous to the California classics. Crisp fruit and great acidic values offered from a selection of Napa and Sonoma vineyards. Pairs well with White Fish, Crab, Mussels, Scallops, Pork, Veal and Poultry. $12/glass

Sauvignon Blanc – Originated in Bordeaux, meaning “sauvage” (wild). Known for refreshing crispness that comes from high acidity. Pair it with Oysters, Salads, Cheese and Fish. $10/glass
