Ingredients: 1 cup of ice cubes¾ cup cubed watermelon½ cup coconut milk½ cup frozen pineapple ½ cup chopped green kale 1-2 capfuls Lemon ZootDrops ¼ cup toasted coconut 1 sprig fresh Thyme (garnish)Sweetener (optional)

Directions: Combine the watermelon, toasted, coconut, coconut milk, pineapple and kale in a blender; pulse on high. Then add your desired serving of Zootsdrops. Slowly add ice cubes as you blend to desired consistency. Garnish with Thyme sprig.

Makes: 1 to 2 Servings.

Ingredients: 1/2 baseball-size red beet1 large green apple2 inches ginger root2 capfuls Mandarin Lime ZootDropsJuice of 1/2 lime

Directions: Cut first three ingredients into similar- size pieces and add to juicer. Stir in lime juice and ZootDrops.

Makes: 1 serving

To make Pink Lemonade: 4 oz lemon juice4 oz grapefruit juice1 oz simple syrup½ teaspoon super fine sugar1-2 capfuls of Lemon ZootDrops7–8 ice cubes

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Serve with JELL-O shot (see recipe below).

Makes: 1 serving

To make Jello shot: 3 oz box lemon JELL-O1 full bottle Lemon ZootDrops10 lemons

Cut lemons in half and scoop out flesh and juice, reserving liquid for Pink Lemonade. Put lemon halves in freezer while you prepare the JELL-O mix. Follow directions provided on the JELL-O box except replace ¼ cup of the cold water with ZootDrops. Pour JELL-O mixture in lemon halves and refrigerate overnight. Transfer to freezer 15 minutes prior to serving.

Makes: 20 JELL-O shots

Ingredients: 4 oz tomato juice2 oz beef brothJuice of 1/2 a lime5 dashes Worcestershire sauce3 dashes Louisiana style hot sauce1 pinch saltPepper to taste2 capfuls Mandarin Lime ZootDropsCelery (garnish)Lime wedge (garnish)Strip of cooked bacon (garnish)

Directions: In a cocktail shaker, combine tomato juice, beef broth, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt, pepper and ZootDrops. Pour into glass filled with ice. Garnish with a celery stalk, lime wedge and strip of bacon.

Makes: 1 serving

Ingredients: 2 Tbsp Berry Coulis (see recipe below) 1 capful Lemon ZootDrops8 oz chilled decaf green tea1/2 tsp simple syrup

Mix all ingredients in glass and stir well. Adjust simple syrup to taste. Serve over ice.

Berry Coulis: 1 pint berries of your choice 1 lemon 1/4 cup sugar Pinch kosher salt

Zest & juice lemon. Add all ingredients to small pot, turn heat to high and mix. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Pour into blender, blend until smooth. Adjust sugar to taste. Pour through metal sieve, working mixture with spatula to press through.

Ingredients: 1 cup lemon juice (2-3 lemons)2 cups boiling water1 cup lavender flowers1 cup honey2 cups cold water2 capfuls Lemon ZootDrops

Directions: Pour boiling water over lavender, cover and steep for 10 minutes. Strain and discard lavender. Stir in honey until dissolved. Add lemon juice, cold water and ZootDrops. Mix well and serve over ice.
