Zach’s story started

in upstate New York.

His mom was a teacher

and his dad was a Navy

veteran who worked in

insurance. From an early

age, they inslled in him

the importance of making

an impact on the world.

It’s one of the reasons

why Zach’s running for

Assembly District 34 now;it’s the best way to help

the most people in the

shortest amount of me.

Zach’s parents also

inslled in him the

importance of educaon. Zach went on

to the Ivy League, where he graduated

from the presgious School of Hotel

Administraon at Cornell University.

Later, Zach would go on to

earn at law degree at the

Boyd School of Law at

UNLV. Improving Nevada’s

schools will be one of histop priories in the Nevada

Legislature.

Aer graduang from

college, Zach moved

to Nevada for the same

reasons many have:

opportunity. He beganwork at the Golden

Nugget in Laughlin,

eventually moving to the

Golden Nugget Las Vegas.

Aer rising to Director of

Operaons, Zach moved

on to work in the nancial industry

and then with a local restaurant group.

There, Zach helped the company

double in size in just 18 months.

Zach then joined Fih Street Gaming

as the Chief Business Development

Ocer, where he helped open the

Downtown Grand, the rst new

downtown hotel casino in 30 years.

Zach also started Joseph Beare &

Company and Beare Law. Now, he

serves as a management consultant and

aorney helping businesses form, grow

and solve problems.

Zach was recently part of the winningteam that was awarded a

$500,000 grant in the “Strong

Cies, Strong Communies”

challenge for their project,

The Unmanned Aerial &

Robocs Resource Center.

This concept envisions

turning Cashman Field in ahub for drone and robocs

innovaon, creang over

7,000 new jobs and $14

billion in economic impact.

In the legislature, Zach will be ready

on day one to use his background

and experience to advance eorts to

diversify our economy, improve ourschools and build a

beer Nevada for

all of us.

Zach’s most important

job is raising Ruby with

Layke Marn. He wants

to work for Nevada soevery child grows up

in a state where the

opportunies are limitless.
