Vision

To inspire and empower future Olympic leaders

Terms of Reference Objectives

• Develop an Olympic youth network which shares sporting experiences and challenges thinking to enable cross cultural learning and sharing of best practice

• Provide youth voice and insight to ANOC • Bring a fresh perspective to youth leadership to

the Olympic Movement • To develop 6 pilot youth projects, with ANOC

and the relevant NOCs support, to broaden the reach of the Olympic Movement and its values.

Next Steps • Collaboration with NOCs and strategic partners

• Ensure best practice sharing among the members and accurate knowledge gathering to enable sustainability of outcomes
