It’s not a Patent! A provisional application is not a patent, it’s an application. Although a provisional patent application requires no claims and is not examined by the Patent Office, you should write a strong invention description to support future claims. Drawings are not required, but it’s paramount to include them and to clearly describe every feature. Failing to clearly and distinctly describe your invention might result in loosing the early filing date that the provisional patent secures.
