If you want to enhance your brand, it’s critical to choose the right partners with the right skills.

Mario has more than 20 years experience in public relations and communications. He was a reporter, publisher, investment advi-sor and worked in government communica-tions.

He has a passion for promotions and would you believe it - astronomy. As director of public education for the Hamilton Amateur Astronomers, Mario has significantly raised the profile and membership of the group.

He writes an astronomy column, blog and appears on CHCH-TV to talk about the night sky. He is also vp public relations for Mansion Toastmasters. Last year, the club saw a record number of new members due to his efforts.

Mario was featured in the October 2012 issue of the Business Link newspaper. He also received a writing award from the Out-door Writers of Canada for an article called A Mother’s Greatest Gift, which appeared in the July 2011 issue of Ontario Out of Doors.

He is a Rotarian and sits on the Burlington Chamber of Commerce Communications Committee and contributes to its newslet-ter.
