Cutting

From Gail-C5344 Black:• Trim the panel to 22½" x 42½". (See note)

From Ophelia-C1973 Yellow:• Cut four 2" x width-of-fabric (WOF) border strips.

Sub-cut two 2" x 42½" side borders and two 2" x 25½" top/bottom borders. (See note)

From Gail-C5498 Black:• Cut four 5½" x width-of-fabric (WOF) border strips.

Sub-cut two 5½" x 35½" top/bottom borders. Join the remaining strips along the short edges and cut two 5½" x 45½" side borders. (See note)

• Cut five 2½" x WOF binding strips.

Quilt Top Assembly1. Sew one 2" x 42½" C1973 Yellow strip to each side

of the panel. Press seam allowances toward the border.

2. Sew one 2" x 25½" C1973 Yellow strip to the top and another to the bottom. Press seam allowances toward the border.

3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to join the C5498 Black strips to the quilt center.

Finishing4. Layer the wall hanging top, batting and backing

and quilt as desired. Use your favorite method to bind the quilted wallhanging.
