Welcome Message

After a very successful Agronomy Workshop in 2017 with theme “RECIPE FOR HIGH,

SUSTAINABLE OIL PALM YIELDS”, and with popular demand MOSTA is arranging SERIES II

of “RECIPE FOR HIGH, SUSTAINABLE OIL PALM YIELDS” in Kluang, the “City of Oil Palm

Plantations” in October 2019.

MOSTA took the initiative to arrange for seminar cum field excursion to disseminate the latest

research results and technology breakthroughs through the experienced and knowledgeable speakers,

and narrowing the gap between the field and research results.

The seminar will be held on 15 & 16 October 2019, and covers the following:-

> Session 1 : Setting the Stage for High, Sustainable Oil Palm Yields

> Session 2 : Management for High, Sustainable Oil Palm Yields

> Session 3 : Gearing for the Future for High, Sustainable Oil Palm Yields

> Session 4 : Panel Discussion on “ Narrowing the Gap Between the Field & Research Results”

Day 3 will be Field Excursion to IOI – Pamol Estate:-

The Agronomy Workshop has gained its popularity through the years, and has attracted not only

participants from overseas but more and more of our local participants from different plantations!
