FasteningFastening is simple: There are inner pockets in each door area, which can easily be mounted over the edges of the door. Six bungee cords are included in the delivery which can be attached to the side mirrors or the wheel housing.

Fastening to integrated partsThe one-part window mats are hung on the driver‘s door and led along the passenger side via welts in a moun-ted track. For further reinforcement, 5 LOXX press studs are included in delivery, which can be attached using either screws or adhesive bottom-pla-tes as desired.

LUX- insulation that pays for itself, because the cold stays outside

These one-piece heat insulation mats from HINDERMANN are attached to the outside of the vehicle, and in the winter they insulate very well against cold, and protect against heat in the summer. Direct sunlight does not get to the windscreen. As the insulation is outside of the vehicle, condensation on the inside of the windscreen is avoided. They have the same material quality and insulation as the Hindermann Thermo-Jacket Plus which has been established for years. The outside surfaces of the material are made of weather-resistant and strong PE textiles.The lightweight, approx. 20 mm internal insulation made of po-lyester, does not store any moisture. The material is winterproof and can be rolled up or folded, even in extreme cold. In good weather, the front flap can be opened and the sun comes in.

LUX-2For some vehicle models with very high vehicle height, and windscreens that re-ach very high up, HINDERMANN has de-veloped the version LUX-2, which enables comfortable handling to open and close the front flap (without ladder/step stool).

See photo above. The upper edge with a middle bar is adjusted to the body shape and fits snugly to it.

For this model, HINDERMANN offers a removable screen insert as an interesting accessory. The screen insert is a sunshade and visual pro-tection from the outside, but also guarantees an unimpeded view from inside.

Fastening:For both versions, the fastening to the vehicle is simple:In the area of the driver‘s door, there is an inside pocket, which is hung over the edge of the door.For fastening on the right side of the vehicle, HINDERMANN INSULATION offers two pos-sibilities:-a- Fastening in welt tracks (horizontal and/or ver-tical) to draw in the insulation, in the welt tracks in the vehicle, which could also be at right angles

to each other along the side window (see photo) If you wish, you can also use just one welt track. Welt tracks are not included in the scope of delivery.

-b- Fastening via LOXX press studs which come as standard (content 5 pieces) whose bottom parts can be optionally glued or screwed on. (See photo)

a) The insulation mat has a textile welt attached along the upper side, and a separate textile welt with very wide Velcro fastening. The insula-tion mat is inserted into the horizontally attached welt track, the loose welt with Velcro fastening is inserted into the vertical track in such a way, that the insulation mat can be velcroed on top of it. The advan-tage of this fastening is a 2-sided leak-tight fastening, furthermore no water/snow can get behind the mat in the area of the welt track.

b) Each insulation mat includes 5 LOXX press studs. These press studs can either be glued onto the vehicle (e.g. with Sikaflex) or screwed on. The advantage of this fastening is its inconspicuousness.TIP: In all cases, the installation of the welt tracks or LOXX press stud bottom parts should be carried out by your specialist workshop.

In addition, each window mat has a Velcro band along the lower edge, on the inside, to fasten on the „LUX-DUO“ extra module, even if it is only bought later.The scope of delivery includes 8 rubber tensioners, 5 LOXX press studs for the right side and a storage bag made of breathable TYVEK.

LUX-DUO:In order to enable effective protection against cold draughts through the non-insulated engine bay, the wheel houses and foot well, even in the winter holidays, HINDERMANN developed the „Lux-Duo“ extra module. It is a bottom part, which can be fastened to the window mat via a Velcro fastening, even if bought afterwards. It is made of the same material. However, with the mo-dule „bottom part“, the insulation is slightly thinner, to save volume during the journey. In addition, on the lower edge there is a wind break with integrated eyelets. In this way the complete driver‘s cab can be effectively protec-ted against the cold.

The LUX window insulation and the „Lux-Duo“ extra mo-dule can also be bought individually afterwards.

Windscreen cover for privacy and heat protectionThe cover is made from a light and waterproof material, which also retains its flexibility in the cold. It consists of one piece and is easy to attach by hanging on the door edges. There are seven fastening eyelets for anchoring it down. (Rubber tensioners are not included in delivery). The exterior edges are carefully framed.

Benefit from the insulating effect of fully porous HINDERMANN thermal foam with its smooth and durable surface.

This winter-proof exterior insulating mat is manufactured using a lightweight tarpaulin with a 5 mm fully porous foamed PVC foam on the back. The mats remain flexible even in low temperatures. All edges of the insulating mat are carefully framed with a strap all the way around. The front can be opened. It consists of one piece and, using pockets, can be easily mounted onto door edges. There are seven fastening eyes for anchoring it down, for which the rubber tensioners are included in delivery.

Coldness and heat stay outside!

The external insulation mats LUX and LUX-DUO are on the one hand ideal heat insulation for the winter holiday, and on the other hand they offer effective protection against the sun in summer.During wintertime the surface temperature on the inside of the windscreen is increased due to the external insulation, and therefore the risk of condensation forming inside the vehicle is significantly reduced. The light weight, approx. 20 mm thick insulation made of polyester fibres retains the heat in the inside area.In nice sunny, winter weather, the front area can be opened up, and the inside area can heat up further due to the suns rays, which saves the camper heat energy.In summer use the suns rays don‘t even penetrate the windscreen, and so the inside area does not heat up so quickly. The window covers are easily attached by hanging the bags on the slightly opened doors, and fastened with the bungee cords enclosed. The door pockets are size adjustable with the Ducato 2007/2014 and even fit with a mounted black out system.

New for Ducato and VW T5 and Sprinter from 2007/2014 is the „Lux-Duo“ extension module, which due to an additionally integrated Velcro band along the upper side of the mat, offers the possibility to connect to the LUX top part, and therefore creates a 2-part THERMO-JACKET. Once installed, both connected parts can be removed together, and later reinstalled together.The base module DUO can be joint to the window mat using also a Velcro fastener.Once mounted both intercon-nected parts can be removed to-gether and later assem-bled together again. With the extensi-on module DUO a large outer insulati-on extending to the ground will be created and increases living comfort in the winter holiday. It protects against cold draughts by the non-insu-lated engine compartment, the wheel housing and the cab doors. The material is identical to the window sheet, ho-wever, the insulation of the „base“ module is some-what thinner in order to save space while travelling. Additionally, there is a wind guard with integrated eyelets on the lower side.TIP: The extension module can also be purchased individually at a later date, however, it is adaptable only with part numbers, showing the „/ 2“ at the end.

The well known THERMO-JACKET PLUS is made in one piece and features an intercreated wind-shield which extends to ground level. In good weather you can open up the front and obser-ve activities and events outside the vehicle. The fastening is easy, because the hood is made in one piece and is pulled from the front over the bow and the front screen up to the edges of the doors. This guarantees the correct fit as well as theft protection. External surfaces are made of weatherproofed PE-fabric. The lightweight iso-lation doesn’t store dampness (e.g. if there will come water into the Jacket it could run out at the bottom edge). Tensioners for the fastening at the bottom edges of the vehicle and a storing bag made out breathable TYVEK are included with the delivery.Worked perfect to fit the following vehicles:

Universal windscreen insulation for integrated mobile homes

Material and design:Thermal sheeting with framed edges all-around for the windscreen, opening the front is not possible.

Fastening:A rubber tensioner on the interior along the top guarantees a tight seal and allows quick fastening.

There are five lashing straps on the lower edge with plastic eyelets. In general, the windscreen wipers can be covered or rest on the mat as additional support. Included in delivery are five rubber tensioners and one rubber tensioner for the channel along the upper edge. If needed, the rubber tensioners can be cut to size.There is also the option of fastening the rubber tensioners using one pack of LOXX press studs (including five pieces), which can be stuck or screwed on to the underside as desired.

Perfect fit, assembly and function

Protects the interior against sun, heat and cold. Stops people looking in from outside.Material:The thermofoil is coated with an aluminised polyester sheet on both sides. The edges are surrounded. The grey clip eyes for the suction cup are extremely stable and pre-assembled.Attachment:It is attached using quality suction cups with a diameter of 50 mm. The suction cups with knurled head screws are enclosed loose - not assembled! The Hindermann front mat is attached with 4 suction cups along the upper edge and 2 press studs on the A frames. It is conceived in such a way that overall it enables a really large distance from the front pane to reduce condensation. The Hindermann front protective mats have a dashboard cover made of light grey artificial leather as standard. The mirror clip is closed with Velcro. HINDERMANN INTERNAL INSULATION MATS FOR BUSES

ARCTICThe new internal insulation mat with 20 mm soft insulation and distance suction cups ensure particularly effective insulation against cold.The suction cups are very large with a diameter of 40 mm and therefore have a high level of suction. Due to additional distance pieces, a 5 mm air space is made between the windscreen and the insulation mat which acts as an additional insulating cushion and can reduce possible condensation formation.Due to generously proportioned slider pull tabs, the mats can easily be removed from the windscreen. The ARCTIC-insulation mats are soft and cosy; they can be easily folded and stored. The outwards facing area is reflective; the inside is made of nylon tex-tile. The suction cups are pre-mounted on delivery. The insulation mat is supplied as a three piece set for the windscreen and both side windows.

This 3-piece cab-set is made from a 8 mm foam in-sulation and closes tightly with the contours from the windows. It isolates effective against cold exposure.

The material, PU foam in a sandwich structure, is already well known from other HINDERMANN pro-ducts. In the direction of the living room it exhibits a pleasant, light grey polyester velour that is coated with an aluminised polyester sheeting which reflects the sun-rays.

Attachment is easy and quick as usual using suction cups. These are particularly large with diameters of 40 mm and have a high level of holding power. The suction cups with knurled head screws are enclosed loose – not assembled!

All edges are sewn with a ribbon and each mat has pull loops for quick loosening.

The insulation mats for the side windows of the cab are developed in a way that the outer contours are clamped in the door rubbers so that an insulating air cushion will be created.

Thermal curtains for sliding door and rear door

Increased living comfort in the van through effective heat insulation with convenient access

The two-part thermal curtain is cut exactly to size for the door opening of the Ducato model 250/290 (model from 2007). The edges are framed all the way around. Three sides are attached using an incorporated Velcro fastener and additional press studs. The press studs are necessary for lasting support and are enclosed loose (10 pieces for sliding door, 20 pieces for rear door).Self assembly is necessary so that the user can individually position the press studs specifi-cally for their expansion. The frieze band is attached to the vehicle along the rubber insu-lation. The HINDERMANN MOSQUITO NET can also be attached using this frieze band. The door closes by means of an integrated magnetic strip. It can be rolled up for storage.In the centre, the pleasant material has an approx. 8 mm piece of PU foam in a sandwich structure, which is a light grey polyester velour leading towards the living room and is an aluminised polyester sheet towards the outside, which absorbs no moisture, if for example it is hit by humidity or snow when the sliding door is open.

Protection from cold and draughts – thermal bridges are a thing of the past!

This U-shaped thermal curtain separates the driver‘s cab from the dashboard area. It insulates against cold radiation from the unheated driver‘s cab and protects against loss of heat in the living area. It has been part of the Hindermann range for many years and enjoys increasing demand due to its homely atmosphere and high level of usefulness.

The material, PU foam in a sandwich structure, is the same for all models. In the direction of the living room it exhibits a pleasant, light grey polyester velour that is coated with an aluminised polyester sheeting, approx. 8 mm thick.

HINDERMANN now offers a model for the Ducato 2007 /2014 as standard with a flap so you can access the radio and air conditioning system. The flap has a magnetic fastener and stop button.

However, the highlight of this model is the simple applicati-on: There is a flap along the top edge that has to be simply pushed between the headliner and the sun visors. Along the B-pillar you have to use only a few press-studs for fixing.

All of the other models are attached using press studs along the upper edge and sides. The press stud top parts are in-tegrated; the screw-on lower parts are included in delivery.

Enjoy gentle radiant heat in the otherwise „cool zones“.We have further developed the tried and tested -shaped thermo curtain for the Ducato from 2007/14, and fitted it with partial heating surfaces which are not visible from the outside. Therefore, we have made the heatable surfaces visible on the opposite photo using red lines. The surface temperatures can reach up to 37°C and radiate its warmth. The power connection occurs via the external power supply, via the 24V transformer delivered as standard.The further product design, e.g. radio access and quick attachment, corresponds to the previously described product 8401-7430.Tip: this thermo curtain is not suitable for heating up the room temperature, but rather producing radiant heat in partial areas.

HINDERMANN MOSQUITO CURTAINS

The „HINDERMANN MOSQUITO CURTAINS“ are designed preci-sely for the body cut-outs of the vehicle models listed in our item list.

Furthermore, we strived for them to fit the various components of the individual vehicle suppliers as universally as possible. Of course, this cannot be achieved for every vehicle development, and so it will be necessary in individual cases to make slight adjustments during assembly (such as trimming slots or protruding material).

The curtain can be easily cut, for example for incisions in the area of the wall cabinet, as the Velcro strap is welded in a special pro-cess and no threads can be severed. On a solid wall cupboard, the curtain can be shortened along the upper Velcro strip and it finds a use for the second parallel Velcro strip.

Detailed and illustrated assembly instructions can be found in each pack.

Included in delivery are: a self adhesive Velcro strip, which is connected inside the vehicle, as well as an SB-set as additional installation aid with ten press studs for self assembly specific to each individual design (for each sliding door and rear door). The self adhesive Velcro strip can also be used for the HINDERMANN THERMAL CURTAIN.The material is a close meshed, flame retardant polyester webbing with very good outward visibility and good air circulation in the pleasant colour of grey. It shields against up to 65% of sunlight and greatly reduces heat generation inside the vehicle.

For camper vans alone, there are 3 basic shapes which are suitable for the various contours, construction widths and construction heights of integrated, compact integrated, partially integrated and alcove vehicles. Each protective cover has 4 zips which (when open) facilitate covering and removal, and enable access to the entrance door and/or storage boxes on both sides of the vehicle. All protective covers have an eyelet strip and tensioning straps on the front and rear side.

The roof protection covers have triangular straps all around for tensioning.

The tensioning material is included in the standard scope of delivery, as well as a generously sized storage bag and repair set

PROTECTIVE COVER FOR BICYCLE RACK CONCEPT ZWOOThe new CONCEPT ZWOO is an all round closed cover, where the bicycle rack can be stored safely together with the bicycles; as you can see from the photo. On the back wall there are three zips at different heights, for the retaining brackets, through which the brackets are guided. In this way, a tight adjustment to various racks is possible. In addition, the cover can be secured from the outside using various clamping straps. With large clear pocket for warning sign.

Installation is easy: first of all the zip is opened, the multi-way zips on the rear side are only opened in the area of the bracket. Guide the bracket through. The cover is fastened to the rack with a Velcro fastener (see photo 1). After the bicycles have been positioned, the upper part of the cover is placed over the bicycles. For this purpose, loops are integrated for ease. The front can be closed easily with the zip at body height (see photo 4). Additional securing with the HINDERMANN ADDITIONAL BELTS is recommended.

Front protection for integrated camper vansThis extremely durable cover is lightweight, easy to assemble and compact to store. It protects the front and the interior from fading in parked vehicles.

One click and it‘s done. That‘s how easy LOXX is. And this is how LOXX is assembled:

1) Determine the position of the press stud in the part to be attached according to requirements and punch out the material using a hole punch.

2) Determine the precise position of the spherical bearing (screw or lower plate) according to the press studs on the lower part. Affix the LOXX screw (and/or glue the lower plate) carefully onto its destination

3) Using the tool enclosed open the clamping disc of the LOXX module by turning it left, insert the part to be attached and tighten the clamping disc again.

4) To attach to the LOXX screw (and/or the lower plate) simply push open the LOXX module

5) To open the LOXX module turn it on its head and take off the LOXX module.

Raise the floor skirts in the door entrance area and pull the short textile weatherstrip piece towards the front of the Velcro side. Fix both parts together (photo

shows the principle of the Velcro fastening for conti-nuous pulling).

Cut vertically to the left and right of the door entrance with a sturdy pair of scissors down to the lower welt, then cut across.

If possible, cut around both corners.

These new floor skirts, specially developed for caravans with lower door entrances, can be individually adapted by hand for each caravan with a door entrance that is set deeper for Tabbert/Fendt/Wilk, regardless of where the door welting tracks are positioned.

They are manufactured using winter-proof tarpaulin material. The textile weatherstrip is welded on. The height measures 50 cm.

The fit cover is not included in delivery for this universal design, so please additionally select this in the order. We also offer an SB-Set with two Velcro fastenings to connect the floor skirt and the fit cover. Article No.: 8939-0000
