Year 6 Maths at RCC• On entry all pupils take a test to

assist with setting.

• All pupils placed in appropriate set

• All pupils follow the National Curriculum at a level appropriate to their ability.

• All pupils are prepared for the SATS in May, which also prepares them for Maths they need in the future.

• All pupils are given a target level in October, based on entry test, CATs scores, Fischer Family Trust and Year 5 data .
