WE’RE FROM PORTLAND, OREGON, WHICH HAPPENS TO BE LOCATED IN OUR FAVORITE PLACE ON EARTH—THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST.

Out here, the trees grow tall, the mountains are majestic, the lakes and rivers are unspoiled and the vistas are

some of the most beautiful you’ll ever witness. We’ve got Mt. Hood and the Columbia River Gorge right in our

backyard. This is a place of adventure and natural wonder, and its spirit infuses everything we do.

When you live in a place this incredible, you want to get out and enjoy it as much as possible. So at Yakima,

we’re huge outdoor enthusiasts. We’re cyclists, campers, skiers, snowboarders, climbers, hikers and kayakers,

who load up our car racks and take to the forests, slopes and waterways every chance we get. And since

Yakima happens to make the world’s finest car racks, our play time and work time are forever intertwined.
