XTS Video Recorder. Purpose If a camera is not working (not displaying anything) or it is indicating as ‘connecting’ for a while in XTS-NVR216E Network Video recorder, then you have to follow the steps given below to restart that camera: Procedure 1. Open XTS Corp XTS-NVR216E through Internet Explorer from your desktop, then click on ‘ALL’ tab on the left top corner of your screen; you will have a display or main screen as shown in Figure [1]. XTS Video Recorder.

PurposeIf a camera is not working (not displaying anything) or it is indicating as connecting for a while in XTS-NVR216E Network Video recorder, then you have to follow the steps given below to restart that camera:

Procedure1. Open XTS Corp XTS-NVR216E through Internet Explorer from your desktop, then click on ALL tab on the left top corner of your screen; you will have a display or main screen as shown in Figure [1].

2. If for suppose, a camera is not working then you have to first identify which camera it is by reading its name written on top of that particular camera window.

3. Then click on NVR Setup on the right top corner. You will have a new screen, click on System Options and then Maintenance as shown in Figure [2].

Figure [2]NVR Setup System Options Maintenance screen.4. Now click on Restart Camera in the middle of the screen, where a tab of different camera options will open, then click on the camera which you want to restart.

Figure [3] Restart camera screen.5. After selecting the camera (e.g. CH1 Rear Lid Lifter), click restart button next to it. You will get a new message screen as shown in Figure [4] below, click OK on that message tab. Figure [4] Message screen to restart that particular camera.6. New message window will open indicating camera restarted, click OK.

7. You will get a new message window asking for Restart Server, click OK.

Figure [6] Restart Server screen.8. Lastly, there will be a System is restarting screen as shown in Figure [7]. Once the indicated time has passed, it will direct you to Main View.

10. You can repeat the same procedure if more than one camera is not working.
