INSTRUCCIONES COMPLEMENTARIAS

1. AMARRES

La Organización ha asignado amarres a todos los participantes. La situación de los mismos se especifica en el Anexo I.

Se ruega a los participantes que ocupen únicamente los amarres asignados.

2. ACCESO AL CLUB Y DEPENDENCIAS

Aseos. Los participantes tienen acceso libre a todas las dependencias del Club, incluidos los aseos, situados en la planta baja del edificio del Club.

Oficina de Regata. Está Situada en la planta baja del Club.

3. ÁREA SOCIAL

Salón y Bar Social del Club: Están situados en la primera planta del edificio del Club.

Village: Está situado en la segunda planta del edificio del Club. Puede accederse a la misma mediante el ascensor, desde el vestíbulo del Club o por las escaleras situadas en la parte derecha de la fachada del Club.

4. ACTOS SOCIALES

Ver el Anuncio de Regata y el Programa Oficial.

Para acceder a los actos sociales se requerirá la acreditación (pulsera) que, será entregada por la Organización.

5. ENTREGA DE TROFEOS

La entrega de trofeos se efectuará el sábado 2 de Septiembre, a las 19:00 en el Village de la Regata.

En el TOA se publicará, con tiempo suficiente, la relación de barcos que recibirán trofeos.

Se ruega a las tripulaciones premiadas que permanezcan, durante el acto, en el lugar reservado que les sea indicado por la Organización.

Se entenderá que los no presentes renuncian al trofeo que pudiera corresponderles.

6. REUNION DE PATRONES

Se celebrará en el Club Marítimo de Mahón, el miércoles 30 de Agosto, a las 19:00 horas. Podrán asistir dos personas por barco.

7. VESTUARIO

Para la entrega de trofeos se ruega a los participantes acudir, en lo posible, en traje de club o uniforme del barco.

8. INFORMACIÓN METEOROLÓGICA

Durante la reunión de patrones se entregará la información meteorológica general para la regata. Diariamente, a las 10:00 horas, podrá recogerse información actualizada en la Oficina de Regatas. Se expondrá, asimismo, en el TOA.

9. CIRCULACIÓN Y APARCAMIENTOS

Circulación. La circulación por el puerto será en una sola dirección entre las 17:00 y las 24:00 horas.

Aparcamiento. Sin embargo, se ruega que, una vez efectuada la carga o descarga de personas o material, los vehículos sean aparcados en los espacios cercanos a la entrada por la parte alta del Club (Paseo Marítimo).

10. DEPOSITO DE MATERIAL

Se ruega a los participantes que no depositen en el muelle material que pueda impedir el libre y fácil paso por los mismos y su buen aspecto general. El CMM dispone de espacios y locales reservados donde podrá depositarse material voluminoso. Consultar en la Oficina de Regatas.

11. TRANSPORTES

Ascensor. Un ascensor público situado a 200 m. del Club, enlaza el puerto con la parte alta del Club y la zona de aparcamiento. El Club dispone, asimismo, de un ascensor privado que, podrá ser utilizado por los participantes que dispongan de la tarjeta de accesos. Preguntar en Oficina de Regata.

Transporte público. Un autobús enlaza cada 60 minutos el puerto con la ciudad. La parada está situada junto al Club (escaleras del Hotel Port Mahón).

12. SERVICIO MÉDICO

Atención médica permanente estará disponible durante la regata. Para cualquier incidencia, acudir a la Oficina de Regatas.

También estará disponible un Fisioterapeuta durante la regata. Para concertar sus servicios, acudir a la Oficina de Regatas.

13. FACILIDADES

Se detallan en el Anexo II.

14. COMBUSTIBLE

La estación de suministro de combustible está abierta todos los días, entre las 08:00 y las 21:00 horas.

15. TRÁFICO MARÍTIMO

Se recomienda a los participantes que, al entrar y salir del puerto de Mahón, lo hagan por el canal SUR de la Isla del Rey.

COMPLEMENTARY INSTRUCTIONS

1. MOORINGS

The Organization has assigned moorings to the competitors. The situation of the moorings is specified in Annex I.

Participants will only occupy the assigned moorings. 2. ACCESS TO THE CLUB

Services. Participants have free access to the club and services, including restrooms on the ground floor of the Club.

Regatta Office. It will be placed at the ground floor of the Club, near the door.

3. SOCIAL AREA

The Lounge and Social Bar: They are located in the first floor of the Club.

Village: It is located in the second floor of the Club. It can be accessed using the elevator, from the hall of the Club or using the stairs located at the right side of the Club’s façade.

4. SOCIAL EVENTS

See the Notice of Race and the official program.

For social events, accreditation with a bracelet is required. The Organization will hand them out.

5. AWARDS CEREMONY

The prize giving ceremony will be held on Saturday September 2nd

2017, at 19:00 in the Village.

The list of trophies will be published on the ONB at the proper time.

The awarded crews are asked to remain in the indicated spot during the ceremony, which will be indicated by the Organization.

Trophies for boats not present at the award ceremony will not delivered.

6. SKIPPERS MEETING

To be hold on Wednesday, August 30 th

2017, at 19:00 at the Meeting Room of the CMM. Only two representatives per boat should attend.

7. DRESS

For the award ceremony, each crew is asked to wear either their club´s uniform or the boat uniform, if possible.

8. WEATHER FORECAST

The information about the weather forecast for the event will be handed at the skipper´s meeting. Daily forecasts will be available at 10:00, at the Race Office (boat boxes) and also on the ONB.

9. TRAFFIC AND PARKING

Traffic. Between 17:00 and 24:00 the traffic in the port will be in one direction only.

Parking. Nevertheless, participants are required to park in the space above the club, near the back entrance (“Paseo Marítimo”) after loading and unloading people and gear.

10. MATERIAL STORAGE

It is asked that participants do not leave material on the pier that could disrupt easy passage for pedestrians and that the articles that are left be kept tidy. CMM has space available to leave voluminous items. Please check with the Race Office.

11. TRANSPORT

Elevator. An elevator is located 200 m. north of the Club, which connects the port and the area above the Club. The Club also has a private elevator with card access which may be used. Please ask in the Race Office.

Public transport. Every 60 minutes a public bus connects the port and the town. The bus stop is located close to the club (Port Mahón Hotel Stairs).

12. MEDICAL SERVICE

It will be available during the entire regatta. For information, please check with the Race Office.

A physiotherapist will be also available during the regatta. To arrange his services, please check with the Race Office.

13. FACILITIES

14. FUEL

The fuel station will be open each day from 08:00 until 21:00.

15. MARITIME TRAFFIC

The participants are required to enter and leave the port of Mahón sailing on the SOUTH side of the “Isla del Rey”
