It includes 2 years PG Diploma in BusinessManagement declared equivalent to MBA (Finance).

3. Age:- The candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and musthave not attained the age of 35 years as on last date of onlinesubmission of Application. Relaxation in age, wherever applicable,shall be given as per rules.

4. Remuneration/Salary:- Selected Candidates will be initially engaged as "ProbationerTrainee" for a period of two years and during the period ofProbation Training Accounts Officer (PT) will be paid fixedremuneration @ Rs. 16,800/- per month. After successful

completion of probation training period, they will be fixed in theRunning Pay Band (PB-3) of Rs. 15600-39100 with Grade pay ofRs. 5400/-.

5. Selection Procedure :- A written competitive examination comprising of objective typequestions shall be conducted. Bonus marks for experience toNigam's employees wherever applicable, shall be given as per rules.

There shall be no interview.

Degree in Chemical Engineering from any University established by law inIndia or a degree of a foreign University of Institution declared by competentauthority equivalent to a Post Graduate Degree in Chemistry or GraduationDegree in Chemical Engineering of an University established by law in India.

Note (1): The candidates appearing in the final year/semester or any back paper of Post GraduationDegree in Chemistry/Graduation Degree in Chemical Engineering may also apply provided that

their result of final year/semester/or back paper is declared on or before the date fixed forwritten competitive examination and they acquire Graduation /Post Graduation Degree as above.

Note (2): In case any candidate does not fulfill the requisite prescribed qualification on or before the date

fixed for written competitive examination, his/her candidature shall be rejected out rightly eventhough he/she qualifies the written competitive examination conducted for recruitment.
