LDC Portable Electroplating
1. Cold process: used at room temperature, no stress or adjustments because of termal distorsion.
2. To tolerance: normaly no machining required
3. Quick metal build-up: 0,05 mm in 10-15 min.4. Plating: on all conductive materials, cast iron, stainless, mild steel, copper,
chrome etc
5. Dense deposits: no or very little porosity in most coatings
6. Many differens metals: nickel, gold, silver, copper, cobolt, zinc and alloys.7. Excellent bonding: molecular bonding results in very god adhesion, all coatings
can be machined, ground or polished.
8. Mobile equipment: the repair can be done on site
