Follow up staff meeting to introduce all teachers to some

best practices.

Page 36: WWW: The New Whole, Wide Web

Think about a program you would like to start implementing, continue supporting, or begin restructuring. Or, choose a problem that needs addressing. Consider the key leaders on your campus. What are their primary duties? How do these support your focus task?

ASSIGNMENT:

Page 37: WWW: The New Whole, Wide Web

Option 1: Create your own Web

Diagram the interactions between the key figures needed to meet the desired goal. How will the key figures be involved? What are their responsibilities? Who will need to interact? Indicate areas of strength. How can these be sustained? Where are the areas for improvement? How might these concerns be remedied? What do you feel needs to be done to make this happen? How can you go about achieving this?

Option 2: Create an Action Plan

Create a step-by-step action plan for your focus task. How will the key figures be involved? What are their responsibilities? Who will need to interact? Indicate areas of strength. How can these be sustained? Where are the areas for improvement? How might these concerns be remedied? What do you feel needs to be done to make this happen? How can you go about achieving this?
