When invited to come up with questions to ask a CEO, the suggestions focused on a number of issues:

Environmental consideration, early engagement, mentoring and long term career planning were listed as key ways to attracting youth to the industry:

For those who attended the Congress, we asked how they got there:

87.3% of these found the World Petroleum Congress useful.

79.4% of all the survey participants said they would like to participate in another WPC event.

Although the majority had not heard of WPC before (55.6%), nearly two thirds would like to get involved with the WPC (62.5%)!
