TEST SCENARIO: It is a cloudy day. A fire started near xxx building and is rapidly advances toward the site causing high amount of smoke. Due tothe risk of fire spreading and smoke inhalation at 10 am the evacuation is ordered. A number of people presented breath difficulties due to smokeinhalation and have been taken to the hospital. Due to the dense smoke and cold temperatures, some employees dispersed during the evacuationto some warmer places or even to their houses.Due to the impact on employees and the risk of fire spreading to the companys premises, the crisis management team was invoked and will beissuing a communicate shortly which will be passed to you for dissemination to your staff.Specifically our objective is to return to business as usual as quickly as possible. However, the work area recovery plan was not invoked.
