    TERMS & CONDITIONS :-

    1. Defect liability period One year from the date of completion.

    2. All your workers should be covered under insurance at your cost

    3. TDS/W.C.T/ESIC will be borne by you.

    4. Electricity & water will be provided by the company free of cost.

    5. All debris will be removed from the company at your cost.

    6. One year performance guarantee will be given for the project.

    7. Any Carelessness in the work carried out by you causing loss /

    damages to our materials the same will be adjusted against your bills.

    8. Safety measures are must while working with us, hence any worker

    while working must make use of the personal protective equipment

    without fail.

    9. You are required to insure all your employees under the W.C. Policy

    as it is your own responsibility to look after the accident etc., in thecase of occurrence of any eventualities in the premises of the

    Company. The Company will not be responsible for any damages

    and / or accident to your employees at the Company premises.

    10. While your workers are working, one of your safety Incharge should

    be present there.

    COMPLETION OF WORK : 31st August, 2013Penalty : Rs.1000/- per day if work not completed

    on or before 31st

    August. 2013. However if work isstopped due to rain that much time will be givenextra.
