Aim of the project:

Developing a complex methodology – in interna-tional cooperation – ap-plicable in adult work-based vocational training based on Finnish, German and Italian models. The international partnership im-plementing the project aims to develop a complex methodology, which is potentially applicable in all member states of the Euro-

pean Union, is in line with the aspirations of the European Union, and has been compiled in accordance with the quality requirements set by the EQAVET working group.

Main target group of the project:

Professionals and lead-ers of relevant organiza-tions involved in adult vocational education and training, further professional training and employment; leaders, profes-sionals and trainers of organizations responsible for conducting practical training implemented in the workplace.

Main activities of the project:

• The foreign partner organizations draw up a handbook according to a uniform criteria which contains processes they apply in adult work-based vocational education and training and good prac-tices.

• Pre-testing version of the complex Methodological Handbook is devel-oped taking into account the Finnish, Italian and German methods.

• Testing the methodology, applying it in practice.

• The complex Methodological Hand-book is approved by taking into ac-count the opinions and proposals of experts of the foreign partner organi-zations in the field of adult vocational education and training and the expe-riences of testing.• Conducting surveys – among pro-fessionals of the workplace and adult education institution, and learners – to measure the impact of the project at the start of the project and after the testing of the methodology.

• Exchange of experiences for partner organizations in international meet-ings.

• Organization of multiplier events in all partner countries for promoting the project results.
