WINS Contract UpdatePeter Shoudy is working with the DCIU to come up with a mutually agreeable approach that will allow the contract to be renewed again when the current renewal expires June 30, 2009

Letter of Intent was sent to the DCIU on October 23rd to extend the existing agreement one year and allow for districts to opt out, providing Widener written notice by March 1, 2009.
