WINERY J. Stávek, Czech RepublicWinery J. STÁVEK is family enterprise located in Winery Court in Němčičky, Czech Republic. Winery Court was build in 1929 and they do winery business here for five generations. Mr. Jan Stávek is one of the prominent winery experts, he teaches at winery schools, works in winery committees and his wine are often winning top prices in wine competitions.

Last year this winery have produced over 35,000 bottles but the current facility needed major expansion. New production facility is now ready to produce up to 65,000 bottles per year.

New modern facility is build according to most stringent european standards. It was actually demand for high quality wines, purity and intensive aroma and also effective solution for floors and waste water management , which brought Mr. Stávek to ACO.

New facility has now chemically resistant UCRETE floor, ACO slot channels and ACO hygienic gullies. This high quality combination of flooring and drainage does simplify cleaning in production and also secures the highest demands for

hygiene. Precise integration of floor and drainage will prevent future problems with cracks. This solution also allows use of forklifts and, in addition, helps the winery staff to stay safe.

„When we started to look for suitable supplier of flooring solution in my new production we discovered possibility of cooperation with ACO. Af ter few discussions ACO offered drainage solution as well as flooring solution in cooperation with BASF. Now we have really the ideal solution which fulfills all demands of winery production. Great advantage of ACO drainage and UCRETE floor is the fact, that there is not even one joint on entire span of production facility.
