Will my original media (videotapes, film, images) be returned?Yes, your original media will be returned with your DVDs.

Will my videos and images count against my Google Photos storage quota?No, your videos and images do not count against your quota; they will be saved to Google Photos in their original formats.

Do I need a Google account to use the Transfer Service?No, you do not need an account to use the service, but you will need a Google account to save your photos and videos to Google Photos.
