Tiger AdaptationsWhite tigers have a few special

adaptations. The stripes on the tiger’s body help the white tigers to be invisible in tall grass and trees. However some tigers like the one shown to the right do not have that ability, still they can blend in with their surroundings. The long claws on the tiger help them to catch and rip into their prey. Also their small triangular ears help them to hear sounds from far away. Finally, their high definition eyes help them to see at night and objects far away.

The observation Cory made about this tiger was that this animal has no stripes .
