Columbus OH

Dear Colleagues,

We are thrilled to announce that NIPEN 4.0, the National Institute of the Progressive Education Network, is scheduled for the 2016- 2017 school year in two amazing locations: High Meadows School (Atlanta,GA) and the Open World Learning Community (St. Paul, MN). After 3 successful cohorts, we are looking forward to continuing the momentum begun by Maureen Cheever and Dan Schwartz, and in developing more great partnerships like the ones we have with our past NIPEN schools, listed below.

Chris and I are pleased to be picking up the baton from Dan and Maureen for the coming school year. This is where we hope you can help us: will you share the flyer in your school and with colleagues whom you know would be interested in learning more about progressive practice? Our hope is to have a robust and diverse group of 24 educators from a wide variety of public and independent schools. Please help us spread the word about this wonderful 6- day immersive professional development experience, and don’t hesitate to be in touch with either of us if you have questions.

Sincerely yours,

Theresa Collins & Chris Collaros PEN Board President & Secretary, Co- Directors, NIPEN 4.0 [email protected]@progressiveeducationnetwork.org
