Try a different ending for “Red Riding Hood”

… Shortly after Red Riding Hood has reached the forest, she met a Wolf who sat on a trunk. The Wolf wanted to know for whom Red Riding Hood has packed a basket full of delicious things.Red Riding Hood remembered that her mother has told her not to talk to any strangers, especially whenever she’s alone. Furthermore she has heard about an evil Wolf who lived in the forest. Therefore Red Riding Hood fabricated a story. She told the Wolf that she has wanted to visit a friend whose parents were on holidays. Moreover she explained the way to the avertable house of her friend.

The Wolfs sniffed the chance to have a delicious lunch. He told Red Riding Hood that it would be kind of her to pick some fresh flowers for her friend. Red Riding Hood thought that this was a great idea to divert the wolf and started to gather a huge bouquet of flowers.

She knew that the Wolf wouldn’t hurt a creature any more. She took her basket to set out for her Grandmother’s house. Full of joy she told her what she has experienced in the forest. After that her Grandmother put her arms around Red Riding Hood. She was very proud of her but also relieved that the Wolf wasn’t a danger anymore.
