Paso 1 — Solution

Firstly this issue happens when youlock your phone and then you haveto turn on your mobile by putting outthe battery and putting it backagain... so here is the solution toyour problem

1. If you don't want to take out thebattery then simply take your phonein the sunlight you will be able to seethe screen ... unlock the mobile andincrease the brightness then lockyour phone and unlock it you will beable to see the screen..

NOTE: IF YOU DON'T WANTYOUR MOBILE SCREEN TO GOBLACK THEN DO NOT TURN THEBRIGHTNESS TO AUTO OR PUTYOUR MOBILE TO BATTERYSAVING MODE....YOU CAN ALSOPUT THE BRIGHTNESS TO THELOWEST LEVEL TO SAVEBATTERY BUT NEVER TURN ITTO AUTO..'''bold text'''

2. If you want to restart your mobileby putting out and again putting inyour battery then after it turns onyou simply unlock your mobile fastso that the screen doesn't go blackagain and you have to put out thebattery again.....
