This Wet Mix Plant (Soil Stabilizing Plant) from QUALITY for base and sub base production provides higher productivity with adequate control on quality of mix and production costs. These Wet Mix Macadam plants are engineered to challenge the toughest requirements of job site and carry the characteristic of rugged structure and unrivalled quality built into the product.
Add on optional accessories / equipments for defined metering of additives like cement, lime, emulsion etc., and a capacity range from 100-200 TPH the WMM plants of QUALITY offer the excellent value for money.

Bin FeederIt is of single chassis construction. At each Bin a radial gate is provided which can be opened in any position to regulate the aggregate flow. Individual endless belts are provided, below the gates to discharge material onto the gathering belt.
Vibrating ScreenA single-deck vibrating screen is provided on the slinger conveyor to remove oversize aggregates received from the 4-bin feeder.

Wet Mix Macadam Plant
Slinger Conveyor An inclined conveyor belt mounted on idlers receives aggregate from the gathering conveyor and feeds it to the pug mill.
Pug MillA twin shaft pug mill mounted on antifriction bearing provides quick, continuous and homogeneous mix of aggregates and additives.
Fluid CouplingThe advantage of using the fluid coupling is that the motor always starts unloaded; enable it to accelerate quickly to it optimum speed at which it delivers its peak torque. The coupling effectively dampens the shocks and torque fluctuations. It also protect the Motor from sudden jamming of the machine. The shock free, smooth load take up is of great importance in this application.
Storage SiloThe mixed material from the pug mill is conveyed by the Load out conveyor and dropped into the storage silo. The silo is provided with hydraulically operated gate to retain processed material to minimized mixed material segregation during the load out cycle and spillage of mix product.
Controls and AutomationThis user friendly control Panel is designed to suit industrial installations. The controls are logically laid out for sequential operations and precise process controls. The manual override is also provided for Pug mill for additional
