    The recently assembled new project

called the EL COBRE (24,156 hectares)

in Sonora state, Mexico will be the

    Companys focus during the October-

    December 2010 time frame.

On the EL COBRE property are, the

Los Amigos, El Guayacan, Los Alamos

and the famous Anita Copper Mine, all

examples of near surface vein-typeprospects having elevated grades of

gold-copper and silver. They have had

    intermittent production, in some cases

going back as far as 1750, when they

were exploited by the Spanish and

then by the Franciscan Monks. These

    high-grade, gold-copper-silver veins,

    breccias, diatremes and skarns are

    associated with porphyry deposit-style

    mineralized systems identied by the

    Company.

    The Companys initial EL COBRE

exploration focus will be at the previ-

    ously undrilled ANITA COPPER MINE

    originally exploited by the DOUGLAS

COPPER MINING CO. (NY) from 1900 until

operations ceased in 1910 due to the

    Mexican revolution. Historical records

    indicate that approximately $12,000,000

US was spent at the mine in the 1900s,

including the establishment of a smelter

at Fundicion, 27 kilometres away. Again,

historical records show that two separate

areas of mineralization were blocked outwithin the mine that graded in one area,

    42,000 tons at 5.815 gms/ton gold, 62.20

gms/ton silver and 4% copper, as well as a

second area, also with 42,000 tons, at

    values of 8.0 gms/ton gold, 124.4

gms/ton silver and 6% copper (ING. Oleg

    Saitcevsky, March, 1969). The Company

cautions that these are not NI 43-101

compliant and are not to be relied upon.

    Company personnel have traced the

surface expression of the Anita Copper

Mine for 600 meters and at the Los

Amigos Mine located 3 km to the South

for 400 meters on surface. Similar epith-

ermal vein and breccia-diatreme styles of

mineralization at the two mines will be

    tested by CSAMT surcal geophysical

surveying followed up by 3500 meters of

NQ sized diamond core drilling scheduled

    for November, 2010.
