Age distribution has shifted fewer in the 0 - 4 (5.7%) and 20 - 54 (46%) age groups - more in the 5 -19

(22.4%) and 55+ (25.8%) age groups

Ethnic composition has shifted White population decreased; increases in all other ethnic groups – largest

increase was the Hispanic group ,10.4% in 2000 to 17.3% in 2010

Housing sales (between 2003 and 2010) peaked in 2004 when 226 units sold 87 units were sold in 2010
