Buying Process

The purchase of a property starts with completing a reservation form and paying a £5000 reservation fee. The legal contract will be agreed between legal agents and on conclusion of the formal contract a further £5000 deposit will be required. Both payments will be treated as a payment on account to the purchase price. The balance payment will be due on the date of entry.
