R.J. Harding & Associates

The Consumer Protection Association is a nonprofit organization that that raises money to help Participants get out of debt and pay off their homes. The Consumer Protection Association makes monthly deposits into Security Escrow. Security Escrow, in turn, makes monthly deposits into Participants accounts on a Matching Dollar® basis.
