Thank you for helping restore your church from “Harvey”. Thank you for the $90,000 that you gave in the “storm.” It was also amazing to see God send us $90,000 from family, friends, and churches all

across the nation when they heard of your faithfulness! Our amazement continued as “Samaritans Purse” provided $350,000 that enabled us to restore our entire plant! God through the years has truly taken care of First Baptist! We are excited about your future and will be praying for you as you move into 2020. Thank you for allowing us to be your Pastor family for over 32 years!

“Evan & Lorien Fleming Accept Call To Be Youth Director Family”

We are so excited that God has answered our prayers by sending a “Youth Director Family” to First Baptist! Evan received a 95.3% approval to be our next Youth Director at FBC! He will begin his call in a part-time capacity January 12th. He graduates from Truett Seminary at Baylor University in May and will be moving to Victoria. Special thanks to Kathy Jo Patterson, Faith Lemke, Dwayne Payne, Sara Maier, Ruth Griffin, and Don Hudson for your dedicated service to find God’s man for our church!
