High Resolution Disc + Enhance Me $449 High Resolution Disc will give you the full flexibility to print your images in highresoltuiuon format. Images optimised for social media will only be suitable for

online purposes, but if you intend to print your images after the wedding thenhigh resolution images are required.

Enhance Me is a special editing technique that we apply to the images. In thisediting process, we effectively create a piece of artwork which would be wellsuited for wall prints and/or canvasses. We enhance the colours, clarity,contrast, sharpness and detail of the images to create artistic photographs.

Long Edit Footage + Blu-ray disc $449 Long Edit Footage will give you complete coverage of the wedding day in a 2.5hour edit (Full Day Coverage) or 1.5 hour edit (Half Day Coverage). Allformalities will be captured in full including; ceremony, speeches and bridalwaltz. It is the perfect way to remember all the details of the wedding.

Blu-ray discs are fast becoming the popular choice to showcase weddings asall weddings are filmed in full high definition. In a few years, DVDs willbecome obsolete just like video tapes, so upgraing to Blu-ray is a necessity.

1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT: This agreement contains the entireunderstanding between ATEIA PHOTOGRAPHY and THE CLIENT. Itsupersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties.The only way to change or add to this agreement is to do so in writing,

and providing the document is signed by all the relevant parties.

2. RESERVATION: Upon your signature, ATEIA PHOTOGRAPHY willreserve the time and date agreed upon, and will not make otherreservations for that time and date. For this reason, a charge of $500 isto be paid if the date is changed or the wedding cancelled for anyreason; including acts of God, fire, strike and/or extreme weather. THECLIENT understands and agrees that the entire amount owed for theservices described in the contract is to be paid at the final handover ofthe images/DVD.

3. CANCELLATION: In the event that THE CLIENT cancels thecontracted services outlined in this contract before the weddingceremony takes place, $500 is payable to ATEIA PHOTOGRAPHY.

4. PRE-EVENT CONSULTATION: The parties agree to a pre-weddingconsultation before the wedding date in order to finalise the actualshooting times and locations. This will occur during a time that isagreed on or at least four weeks prior to the date of the wedding.

5. EVENT GUIDE: THE CLIENT will be responsible for (or have someone

designated for this responsibility) identifying people/objects ofwhom/which specific photographs are desired. The photographer willNOT be held accountable for not photographing desired people if thereis no one to assist in identifying or gathering people for thephotograph(s).

6. SHOOTING TIME / ADDITIONS: The photography schedule andselected methodology are designed to accomplish the goals and wishesof THE CLIENT in a manner enjoyed by all parties involved. THECLIENT and ATEIA PHOTOGRAPHY agree that positive cooperation andpunctuality are therefore essential. Shooting commences at thescheduled time. Should the ceremony start late due to any reasonwhatsoever, ATEIA PHOTOGRAPHY will not be held liable for anyphotographs not taken.

7. HOUSE RULES: ATEIA PHOTOGRAPHY is limited by the guidelinesof the ceremony official or the reception site management. THE CLIENTagrees to accept the technical results of their imposition on thephotographer. Negotiation with the officials for moderation of guidelinesis THE CLIENT'S responsibility.

8. DIGITAL NEGATIVES, PRINTS and COPYRIGHTS: The photographs,digital negatives or prints produced by ATEIA PHOTOGRAPHY are

protected by Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not bereproduced in any manner without ATEIA PHOTOGRAPHY explicitwritten permission. THE CLIENT has limited copyright ownership of theresulting images under the following conditions: The Digital Images, Digital Files and/or slides are the property of THE

CLIENT for personal use and for the purposes of the reproduction anddistribution of photographs to friends and relatives. THE CLIENT must obtain written permission from, and compensateATEIA PHOTOGRAPHY prior to an event where THE CLIENT, THECLIENTS friends or relatives publish or sell the photographs for profit.

9. MODEL RELEASE: THE CLIENT hereby assigns and grants ATEIAPHOTOGRAPHY and its legal representatives the irrevocable andunrestricted right to use and publish photographs and video of THECLIENT or in which THE CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade,

advertising or any other purpose and in any manner and medium; toalter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. THECLIENT hereby releases ATEIA PHOTOGRAPHY and its legalrepresentatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to saidphotographs. It is agreed that ATEIA PHOTOGRAPHY may display anduse the photographs taken for advertising, display, website and internetpromotion, photographic contests, public display such as in malls,photography books, photography instructional books, store fronts,window displays, studio display, television advertising, magazineadvertising and any other purpose thought proper by ATEIAPHOTOGRAPHY.

10. COMPLETION SCHEDULE: The handover of the final assessed,colour corrected, properly exposed, edited images and video will occurwithin 8 weeks of the wedding day. A disc containing the images/videowill be handed over once the entire balance outstanding is paid toATEIA PHOTOGRAPHY. The printing process should a wedding album,canvas print or wall frame be requested, can only start once ATEIAPHOTOGRAPHY receives the order for the required images. Creation ofthe album, canvas print or wall frames will take 6-10 weeks. Orders willonly commence once full payment has been made in advance.

11. PAYMENTS: THE CLIENT agrees to pay the following deposits attime of contract signing:

Photography Package - $489. Balance due at handover of final images.Album Package - $249. Balance due at handover of final images.Videography Package - $489. Balance due at handover of final DVD.Photo Booth - $249. Balance due at handover of Photo Booth images.

12. METHOD OF REMUNERATION: Payment must be made in cash,direct deposit or personal/bank cheque.

13. LIMIT OF LIABILITY: In the unlikely event of severe medical,natural, or other emergencies, it may be necessary to retain analternative photographer/videographer. ATEIA PHOTOGRAPHY willmake every effort to secure a replacement able and/or willing to provide

a similar package as chosen in this contract at the same/similar tariff.If such a situation should occur and a suitable replacement is notfound, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of allpayments received for the event package. ATEIA PHOTOGRAPHY takesthe utmost care with respect to exposure, transportation andprocessing of photographs; including using professional gradeequipment and backup equipment. However, in the unlikely event ofTHE CLIENTS photographs being lost, stolen or destroyed for reasonswithin or beyond ATEIA PHOTOGRAPHYS control, the latters liabilityis limited to the return of all payments received for the event package.The limit of liability shall not exceed the contract price stated herein.

The limit of liability for a partial loss of originals shall be a proratedamount of the exposures lost based on the percentage of total numberof originals.

14. NON-GUARANTEE: Although every possible care will be taken toproduce photographs of all important and special events during thewedding, ATEIA PHOTOGRAPHY cannot place an unconditionalguarantee on the above. ATEIA PHOTOGRAPHY will not be heldresponsible for any ruined photographs due to guests (or any other)flashes; or any other ruined photographs due to any other cause in oroutside of ATEIA PHOTOGRAPHYs control.

15. SEVERABILITY: If any provision of this agreement is held to beinvalid or unenforceable under the law, the validity of this agreement asa whole shall not be affected, and the other provisions of the agreementshall remain in full force and effect.

16. AMENDMENTS: This contract has been freely negotiated and shallbe recognised as the entirety of the agreement. Only those changes ormodifications specifically placed in writing, attached, dated and signedby THE CLIENT and ATEIA PHOTOGRAPHY at the time of acceptance of

this contract shall be recognised as amendments to this contract.

17. PROFESSIONAL IMAGE MANIPULATION: ATEIA PHOTOGRAPHYwill allow for limited professional image manipulation (if technicallypossible) on all images prior to the handover. This includes red eyeremoval, colour correction, adjusting exposures, special effects andtouching up. This will not include the removal of people and/or objects,

insertion of missing people and/or objects. It is understood that if atechnicality prevents ATEIA PHOTOGRAPHY from performing requestedimage manipulation, or if a technicality prevents the final resultmeeting THE CLIENTS requirement, THE CLIENT will reside with thefact that ATEIA PHOTOGRAPHY has performed to its best ability withregard to the specific task and that ATEIA PHOTOGRAPHY has nofurther responsibility towards said image manipulation and no refundwill be offered.

18. NON-PAYMENT OF BALANCE: ATEIA PHOTOGRAPHY reserves the

right to charge THE CLIENT an additional $400 if the balance is notpaid within 4 weeks of notification that the photographs are ready. THECLIENT will be notified via the email address provided in this contract 8weeks after the wedding day. It is THE CLIENTs responsibility to notifyATEIA PHOTOGRAPHY if their contact details change.
