Accessing Apex at Home T’ai Chi Forms PracticeWelcome to Apex at Home T’ai Chi Forms Practice. We are excited you are participating in our classes. Operation is easy and we are here to help. Please keep in mind that everyone’s computer software and access system operate differently. Computer Access: 1. Utilize the following link and password to access T’ai Chi Fall Prevention through your computer.

2. You will be redirected to the following page.

1. If the application does not automatically start downloading, you will need to click download & run. Then click the “Run” button at the bottom of the screen.

2. You will then be redirected to a login screen, where you are required to enter your first and last

name to access the video. Click join. Once entering the class, you will also need to enter the meeting id password as well: 1007.

3. You will be prompted to join with your computer audio to hear others.

4. At the bottom of your screen you will have options to “mute” yourself and start your video. Utilizing your video is optional, but we are requiring that all participants mute themselves during virtual classes to eliminate background noise. You also have the option to click “speaker view” at the top of your screen to focus on just the instructor.

2. You will be redirected to the following page and prompted to download the Accession Communicator app from your AppStore.

3. Download the Accession Communicator app below from your AppStore.

4. Once the app is downloaded on your smart phone or Ipad, you will click on the app to launch the meeting. You may need to go back to the link to redirect you to the correct meeting id in the app. You are required to enter your first and last name to login and access Apex at Home Virtual classes. Once entering the class, you will also need to enter the meeting id password as well: 1007.
