    Policies and Procedures

    INTRODUCTION

    The Iowa Weatherization Program’s Policies and Procedures Manual provides important information on the administration of Iowa’s Weatherization Program. This manual should be used in conjunction with the weatherization contracts and the other weatherization manuals in administering the program. Although efforts will be made to keep this manual as current as possible, there will be times when policy changes are made when it is not practical to immediately revise the manual to incorporate those changes. In such cases, a Program Notice will be used to provide written notification of the new policy or change in existing policy. In those instances, the Program Notice will have priority over the Policies and Procedures Manual.
