EKOTECHNIK CZECHWe are an experienced partner in the development, design, construction and operation of photovoltaic power plants. The company has been on the solar power market since 2004. We are a pioneer of photovoltaics in the Czech Republic – we commissioned the first solar power plant, with a capacity of 693 kWp, in 2006. To date, we have built solar power plants with a capacity over 130 MWp for our customers, not only in the Czech Republic, but also in other countries (United Kingdom, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Russia).

• Business activities in the area of installation and distribution of high-grade plastic piping and foil systems, sealing technology and insulation materials.• Implementation of more than 1.6 million m2 of sealing protective systems for the chemical industry, including ongoing tightness checks.• Provision of tank sealing and corrosion protection.• Provision of services in the area of sealing for flat roofs and building foundations, more than 400,000 m2.• Sealing for waste disposal tanks for households and industrial clients.• Waste tanks, wastewater and fishponds.• Sealing systems for tunnel engineering and fully controlled radioactive waste repository systems.

2006 First photovoltaic power plant, with a capacity of 693 kWp

• In 2004 the company started dealing with new technologies in the area of solar power for commercial roofs.• In 2006 new legislation to support renewable sources in the Czech Republic was passed, implementing a system of guaranteed feed-in tariffs for solar power plants.• In 2006 we commissioned the first solar power plants in the Czech Republic and Eastern Europe, with a capacity of 693 kWp.• The company became a photovoltaic pioneer in the Czech Republic.

2009 - 2010 Dynamic company development

• We commissioned our own photovoltaic power plants with a combined capacity of over 10 MWp.• For external clients, we provided management, monitoring, servicing and maintenance of additional solar power plants with a capacity over 25 MWp.• Audits and expert consultations in development, design and construction for 150 MWp of additional photovoltaic installations in the Czech Republic and abroad.

2011 Company restructuring

• By decision of its owner, Ing. Aleš Korostenský, the company restructured itself and changed its name to EKOTECHNIK CZECH, s.r.o.• The new company became the successor of EKOTECHNIK PRAHA and took over all of its legal commitments.

2012 International expansion

• The company continued growing and began expanding abroad.• The priority was development and construction of new photovoltaic power plants in Romania and Ukraine.• Subsequent years saw the company expand into more new, promising markets (United Kingdom, Hungary, Turkey, Kazakhstan, etc.).

2017 The Present

We have been a leading solar power producer since 2007. We do development, design, construction, operation and servicing of photovoltaic power plants.

PRODUCTSSOLARKITSMALL DOMESTIC ROOFTOP SOLAR POWER PLANTS The SOLAR KIT is a complete functional set for a turnkey photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) for every normal type of roof and household. The delivery includes installation and commissioning. The SOLAR KIT price includes management of a subsidy of up to CZK 105,000 from the New Green Light for Savings scheme. The SOLAR KIT solution may include advantageous financing of up to 100% of the PVPP acquisition price. As an additional service, we offer remote PVPP monitoring and servicing throughout its functional lifetime.

SOLARKIT PROFI | COMMERCIAL ROOFTOP PVPP The SOLAR KIT PROFI is a complete delivery of a turnkey photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) for any medium or large commercial, residential or industrial building. The delivery includes design, installation and commissioning of the PVPP. We offer management and administration of a subsidy from the OPPIK (company), IROP (apartment buildings) and OP ENV (municipality) schemes. As an additional service, we offer PVPP monitoring and servicing throughout its functional lifetime.

GROUND PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER PLANTS A ground photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) is a complete delivery of a turnkey photovoltaic power plant that we will build on a suitable plot of land (industrial zone, brownfield, etc.). The PVPP delivery includes design, installation and commissioning. We offer management and administration of a subsidy from the OPPIK (company). As an additional service, we offer PVPP monitoring and servicing throughout its functional lifetime.

PVPP DESIGN A quality project design is a fundamental prerequisite for an investor considering investment in a photovoltaic power plant (PVPP). A power plant with the best parameters can only be built based on a good project design.

PVPP CONSTRUCTION A properly designed and well-built photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) is the key to high energy yields for the investor. The crucial components in a PVPP implementation are solar panels and inverters. However, quality cables and mounting frames also play an important role, and transformer plants are often necessary for larger power plants. The choice of a good installation company for PVPP construction is therefore a crucial decision for the investor.

PVPP OPERATION A photovoltaic power plant (PVPP) is a relatively complex device, which may not guarantee 100% profit for the investor if installed unprofessionally or poorly maintained. In addition to periodic obligations (such as production reporting for the Electricity Market Operator), each large PVPP has the obligation under ČSN 331500 to undergo periodic inspections of its electrical equipment. After a certain period of time (typically 4 years), the PVPP operator is required to prepare a periodic report on electrical equipment inspection.
