The Museum has two floors of exhibits in the Waverly House, a structure erected in 1864 from the native timber and brick from a local kiln. The building served as an inn until the 1900’s when it housed the CaPhenin Chemical Company. In 1960 the Historical Society purchased the build-ing for use as a museum. It was the first building in Waverly to be placed on the National Register of Historic Places.CENTERINN – Readlyn
