Holiday Inn Harare Situated in the City Centre, with parks,

shopping centres, cinemas and various attractions within close proximity.

It is a franchisee from the Holiday Inn brand that was founded by Kemmoms Williams in 1952 in Memphis, Tennessee.

Since then, the brand has grown and expanded into the Americas, Europe, The Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific.

Tasks Housekeeping – Rooms, Linen and

Laundry, Public Area and Supervision. Front Office – Switchboard, Reservations

and Reservations.

Challenges and Solutions Service elevator (Room Service, Laundry,

Solutions and Conclusion The service elevator is important as it’s
