Each complete lunch has protein, grain, dairy, vegetable and fruit (must have three, one being a fruit/vegetable.

Featured: Jersey Fresh Farms-Marolda Farms (Vineland) produces kale, basil, tomatoes, spinach & peppers. Ferrari Farms (Vineland) produces cabbage, kale, eggplant,squash & beets. Scapellato Farms (Vineland) produces plum tomatoes, broccoli, spinach, cabbage & eggplant.
