6,000 numbers 895-0000 through 895-5999 for campus – additionally we purchased 895-5999 through 895-9999 can only be used internally

We grew once again and needed more numbers

We purchased 10,000 numbers– New prefix 774 -0000 though 774-9999

Place a campus call : Lifting handset or keying in 5-digit extension number

Place a local call :Dial 8 + 7 digit local phone number then, press directory number – your number is dialed automatically…

Place a long distance call

Dial 8 +1+ area code + 7 digit number, then press the directory number – number is dialed automatically .

Forward a message-confused with transfer Forward: your number to another number

How to access your voice mailbox:

Press your directory number and message key, then # or message key and # and enter your password number (passwords should be 5 to 16 digits and press # again)

Internal access # is 54900 (895-4900)

EXTERNAL:(off campus)

Dial 895-4770 and follow the prompts as if you were on campus

FROM ANOTHER DESK(on campus)

Dial 54900

Then continue as if you are at your own desk

• Press 71 to reply to message • Press 73 to FORWARD message • Press 75 to COMPOSE a message • Press 76 to DELETE each message • Press 79 to SEND/delivers message in the mailbox, this must be done or they will not receive your message.

• Press 83 to DISCONNECT from the voice mail system
