After entering a new schedule into our calendar its easy to see who was assigned to answer your customer calls. By opening any of the scheduled items it shows all the information you entered and when the coverage occurs.

For Voice Mail Connect you can add our Call Accounting package to show when the call was placed and each time the number was dialed along with the duration of the call. Adding Trunk Based call recording will capture not only the original caller leaving the message in the voice mail but the call back to the person on the notification schedule.
