NOTE: If the call is anoutside call, you must press9 before
dialing the 10 digit
number. For Long Distancecalls, first dial 9, 1, then the10
digit number.

Holding / Resuming Calls
During a call, press theHold softkey
Note: When a call is held,the Hold softkey will
become a Resume keyand the status indicator(pink) turns to a
paused ( )symbol.
To resume your call, pressthe Resume softkey

Transferring Calls
During a call, press theTransfer softkey
Dial the extension you wishto transfer to
Press the Transfer softkeyagain to complete thetransfer
NOTE: It is good etiquette toannounce the call to thenew party
before releasingthe call to them.

Forwarding Calls
Press the CFwdALL softkey
Dial the extension you wishto transfer your calls to.
Press the CFwdALL softkey
again to cancel a forward.

Searching Directory
Press the directories button
Scroll to Corporate Directoryand press the Select softkey
Enter the first or last name OR
the extension you wish to searchfor
Press the Search softkey
Scroll to the contact you wouldlike to call and press the
Dial
softkey
NOTE: Use the letters on thekeypad to spell out names, justas if
you were text messaging.

Press the messages button
Enter your Unity VoiceMailpassword followed by the# key
Follow the voice prompts.
NOTE: You may also checkyour voicemail from otherphones by
dialing ext. 8000or outside the district bycalling 903.891.6644You
WILL need to know yourextension!

softkeys to adjust contrast When finished, press the
OK softkey
Press the Exit softkey toreturn to the main screen
