Visa InformationAll volunteers entering Fiji must

obtain a Short Term Working Visa from the Fiji Immigration

Department.

This is an additional cost of $180 (approximately £65) which is paid

locally when submitting the application. Please ensure that you bring a photocopy of your passport 'photo page' and a printed copy of

your flight itinerary with you.

Think Pacific's Project Manager shall process your work permit at the

Immigration Office within 7 days of your arrival into Fiji.

This is a very straightforward process, and simply requires the fee of $180 be paid, and your passport

be stamped.

When completing the arrivals card (pictured above) on entry into Fiji you must tick 'other', and state

'Volunteering - Think Pacific'.

You will be granted a 14 day working visa initially. Once your work permit has been arranged, you will be allowed to stay in Fiji up to a maximum 3 months

from the day you arrived into Fiji. Please note that the visa shall be extended to the date of your outbound

flight from Fiji, so you would not be able to change (extend) your flights once the visa has been submitted to the Immigration Office.
