Introducing VIP FA Recruit
Only suitably qualified candidates that we have personally selected will be forwarded for your consideration. We follow up with a full set of supporting documentation, organising telephone/Skype interviews, plus face-to-face meetings, as required. We then support you throughout candidate contract negotiations, proceeding to mutually agreed signed contract. We will then formally confirm acceptance of the placement and limit our further involvement to periodic follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
On satisfactory completion of their probationary period, we will withdraw to allow your new team to work in harmony as planned. Throughout the entire process we will keep you informed, as well as your preferred shortlisted candidate(s). We continually evaluate our progress and anticipate your needs throughout the entire recruitment process.
To achieve the highest level of standards for you, we provide you with a job specific profile form to enable us to find the best possible employee(s) to match your requirements.

education and training to provide training for commercial flight attendants and ensuring they gain the knowledge to make the transition into this extremely competitive profession.
Our course’s aim is to assist individuals to
achieve a smooth transition into the demanding world of corporate flying.
In addition we offer aircraft specific, on-board crew intensive training programmes aimed at corporate and private clients wanting to maximise their aviation crew(s) performance.

Culinary Training for Corporate Flight Attendants
This hands-on culinary training helps to build confidence and encourage creative style. Through the world of global cui- sine we develop and hone each individual flight attendants soft skill allowing them to gain the knowledge to deliver VIP clients an impeccable service each and every time they fly. We have tailor-made our service training to address and perfect skills that every corporate Flight Attendant must know. The ground training programme runs over 2 days and is conducted at locations worldwide. This training course can easily be adapted to an on-board training experience tailored to suit each individual aircraft capabilities and client’s specific needs. Our principal training is based on practical and “hands-on” or “learning by doing.” All flight attendants no matter their experience level can benefit from our course. We pride ourselves with first hand knowledge in this highly demanding area of the aviation industry.
