A 5 star super luxury resort located on 38 acres of land based on Royal architecture.

Report to the Managing Director. 75 rooms based on ancient civilisation like Arabia, Persian, Egyptian, Greek and

Chinese with huge gardens and all modern features. USP – Rooms are attached with plunge pools and some rooms are attached with a

fully equipped kitchenette. Core business – Domestic travellers with main emphasis on the corporate

travellers and small segment of international tourists. Focus on increase in revenue by increasing market sharein both Room and F & B

segments in the local areas. E.g. setting revenue targets for Bar, Spa etc. We have increased revenue by INR 30 lacs over the last financial year 2015-2016. We operating at INR 3914 ARR currently.
