24 November I will start talking about my parents. My parents got married very old.. With only 5 years I was in Italy. One day, my parents adopted a girl named Elizabeth. Two years later my brother came shortly after Ernest and William. Shortly after we returned to Genev, where Imet my friend Henry Clerval. 16 December When I was 17 I went to the University of Ingolstadt, Germany. Shortly aftr, my mother died. When I arrived at Germany I was very lonely and scared, but a teacher advised me. The teache rwas called Woldman and I said to him that I wanted to study Science. From that moment I decided my future. Shortly after I returned to Genoa. 15June Time passed bye, I was interested in the structure of the human body. I had the idea of a living body, it would be incredible, so I started working, I spentl 18 months working day and night. 22August It was a dark day,but I had finally created my creature. I suddenly got scared and went to sleep to my room. When I awoke the creature was behind the curtain and smiling, I was scared and ran away from home. In the morning I saw someone coming coming home, it was my friend Clerval who had come to see me.

4 October

Henry has convinced his father to come and study with me. I asked Henry about my family. I thought the monster was in my room but when I went up it was gone. I've been sick for a while and Clerval has taken care of me. I decided to write a letter to my family, for a long time I hadn’t known anything about them and I thought they might be worried about me. Today I received a letter from Elizabeth.

26 February

In the letter Elizabeth told me that my father was fine and that my brother Ernest was preparing to go to the army. I thought about travelling to Geneva in Autumn, but finally Spring came. In the Spring I received a letter with bad news, my little brother William had been murdered.

I decided to travel to Geneva urgently and I went with Clerval. I saw the place where they had killed William and among the trees I saw a figure of a man, he was the monster that I had created, the same who had killed my brother. When I got home I saw Ernest, he told me that Elizabeth felt guilty about the death of William and also told me they suspected of Justine.

8 April

Justine's trial began at eleven o'clock, she was sitting with a straight face but she was very pretty. Finally she was sentenced to death the next day. I was afraid that the monster might commit another crime, finally I decided to go to Mont Blanc.

12 May When I got there I felt very depressed, but a few days later I was better. One day I decided to climb the mountain and I saw a man running towards me at high speed. When I saw the monster in front of me I was speechless. he started talking to me and told me That if I wanted my family to be all right I had to accept his conditions. He told me he had feelings and he was not guilty of being a bad person because he was like this because people treated him badly. I tried to kill him but I did not succeed. 18 August I had the opportunity to talk to Frankestein and he told me his sotry. He had run away from his creator and decided to stay in the forest where he had found food and drink from a stream .He had felt scared and cried a lot.In the mountains he had found a hut where he could get food and drink, a happy family lived over there, then he had felt better because he had decided to learn to read and talk. But one day, the young man attacked him and he had had to run away. He had travelled to Geneva to find peace and he came across a boy crying. He wanted to be his friend and then, he learnt it was Victor’s brother. He was so angry that he had killed him. He felt lonely and wanted me to create a woman for him. 19 October The monster wanted me to create another creature like him. I refused, but I was desperate and I promised to create it if he promised me he would go away. I Travel to Geneva and then my father told me to marry Elisabeth. But first I had to go to England and meet Henry.

22 March I spent several months in England and a friend invited me to go to Scotland. I learnt everything was possible from the English scientists. I feel badly because I neglected my work andI was worried that the monster could hurt my family. I finally decided to continue my work and went to a secluded home in Scotland to go with it. I worked with enthusiasm but I had terrible guilty, I had the feeling that something terrible was going to happen. I saw the monster that was spying on me and I saw his ugly face, so I wondered how I could have made such a promise. I decided to break it. The monster threatened me and told me that something would happen on my wedding night. I felt desperate and I destroyed the laboratory and all the instruments. The monster’ threats came true, he killed my friend .I felt sick and I didn’t know what to do, I wanted to marry Elisabeth but I was worried about her. 15 June When I saw Elisabeth I got very sad. In the end, we decided to get married in 10 days I was happier than ever. The day of our wedding, I was very nervous, my dear Elizabeth seemed very calm. We gave a big party at my father’s houser. We were going to spend our honeymoon To a beautiful placenear a lake. They were the happiest days of my life. We came to Evian in the evening and it ran a gentle breeze. At that point I had a strange sense of danger.

18 August Victor went to the hotel with Elizabeth he felt uneasy and took a gun in case he saw the monster, then he heard a loud scream from Elisabeth’s room. He went back quickly to the room and over there, was Elisabeth, dead. He didn’t want to go on living. All he loved had disappeared and he felt a terrible anguish. 20 November I decided to look for the monster, I wanted to kill him. I had to kill him.I travelled from France to Russia, then to the North Pole.
