The machine structure is a foundation of the machine’s accuracy. In order to ensure a long term accuracy of the machine, all structural parts are machined by SNK five sided machining center. It allows the workpiece to be machined in only one set up. After machining, a large three-dimensional coordinate measuring machine is applied for precision inspection.All structural parts are manufactured from high rigidity Meehanite cast iron, featuring maximum dampening capacity and wear-resistance.

High precision linear guide ways along with great span design provide high feed rates and excellent rigidity as well as high positioning accuracy.

Spindle Cooling System

Spindle cooling system is used to control spindle temperature rise within a stable range to ensure machining accuracy.

The telescopic guards completely cover the X-axis limit switches and linear scale and ensure the cleanli-ness of the axial mechanism, maintain machine accu-racy and service life.

Efficiently remove chips during machining.

A custom designed high productive APC system is available for all L and L3 models, whichcould greatly reduce machine down time for working piece setup. For any levels of massiveproduction demand case the APC system is your best choice.

Adoption of pallets makes setup time of work piece preparation no longer a consideration and keeps continuous machining. APC system is not only notable for saving time but effectivelyenhances the productivity.

This allows work piece loading in advance while another one is running. Pallets are exchanged to next one when one work piece is finished.
