________________

Warriors and first responders make up America’s 911 Force. They are the front lines of defense here

at home and abroad. They represent our communities, and so it is at this crossroads of

national obligation and social welfare that a new understanding of wellness must take root.

Our purpose as a Foundation is simple: • To provide direct support to veterans

and first responders through our Fresh Start Program

• To provide a platform to educate the American people about our active duty military, our veterans and our first responders through our “Connecting with America” initiative

Page 5: Vets on Track Foundation

The Vets on Track Foundation, through its Fresh Start Program, is committed to working with agencies in support of homeless veterans and first responders who need help in getting their lives back on track.

Our Foundation primarily focuses its efforts on supporting families / individuals who are transitioning from living on the streets to permanent housing.

Today, our Fresh Start Program, has provided the necessary furnishings and accessories to turn

23 houses into “homes” for veterans…and we

haven’t even begun to scratch the surface of need…!

As part of our “Connecting with America” initiative, we host Community BBQ’s at local Fire Department’s to publically thank our veterans and first responders for their dedicated service. Law Enforcement, fire and rescue, the military and other agencies and organizations from the surrounding counties provide displays that help educate the community on the important role America’s 911 Force plays in keeping us safe here at home and around the world. A major part of our mission as a Foundation is to help bridge the gap between our military, first responders and the American people, and it’s through events like this that we are able to accomplish the mission.

Our Growth:

• The Vets on Track Foundation made a conscience decision to start its program at the local / regional level…working with a limited number of agencies, and keeping its case load small.

• Continue the slow growth as it allows our program and outreach missions to develop.

• Allow moderate growth over the next 12-18 months - establish Fresh Start Programs in 2-4 additional cities that have a large number of veterans.

• Continue steady growth as funding and manpower increase.

• Develop significant corporate partnerships to help sustain growth.

Today, the Vets on Track Foundation has truly defined its mission and purpose. We need the backing of corporate America as well as private donors to help us deliver support to those in need. We want to build long-term relationships with companies, organizations and private donors, so that we can sustain our Foundation’s growth, and truly make a difference in the lives of veterans and first responders all across the country.

Our immediate needs include:

• Secure two (2) - 17 foot box trucks for pickups and deliveries.

• Obtain 3,000-5,000 square feet of warehouse space. More storage space means we can accept more donations (private and corporate) and work with more homeless agencies and other support organization, and ultimately help more people.

• Financial support to help the Foundation grow its staff, and its presence in locations across the country – establish our Fresh Start Program in key cities with real homeless veteran issues.

The Vets on Track Foundation was born in early 2015 out of necessity – a need to provide direct support to our veterans. Our mission and focus has evolved to include our country’s first responders.

The Vets on Track Foundation is a state and federally certified 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Our Federal ID number is: EIN: 46-3805203.

We take the support of our veterans and first responders seriously. Through our Fresh Start Program, and the use of Foundation Ambassadors, we are able to work with each person in need – individually. Our Ambassadors provide advance on site support, and often times identify a greater need.

Through our Fresh Start Program, individuals can regain their self-esteem, pride and know that people are there to help them get their lives back on track.
