Suitable for heavy duty, per- manent furture applications in most chemical and industrial plants, the MH long coupled pump takes full advantage of Kestner’s corrosion resistant materials. Vertical pump range expands
DP-Pumps BV has expanded its series of vertical multi-phase in- line centrifugal pumps with the addition of three new models. The new pumps offer a several advantages, but their main fea- ture is that all components in contact with the pumped medi- um are made of stainless steel. Since all components subject to corrosion cannot be influenced by the medium, the pumps have a longer service life, their perfor- mance is enhanced and hygiene is improved.
Improved performance is realized by the design of parts such as the diffusers: these have been optimised in the new pumps, resulting in higher effi- ciency, and reduced energy con- sumption.

line centrifugal pumps, the shaft/impeller hub design has been improved. The O-ring seal of the pump sleeve is insensitive to temperature fluctuations, which assures maximum protec- tion against leakage. The mechanical shaft seal is designed to conform with DIN 24960.
The pumps of both series have a deep-drawn and welded pump-foot.The DPVS is available with internal-thread flanges or with victaulic connections. Both pump series are universally interchangeable with DP- Pumps’ DPL and DPLS series.
The new pumps’ maximum capacity is 24 m3/h and the maximum head is 2450 kPa. The electric motors are of IP55 protection class according to DIN 40050. The output of the motors varies from 0.75 kW to 22 kW at a speed of 2850 ‘pm.
